Allograft Tissue

Synthes CMF Dentoalveolar Surgery

Synthes allograft tissue is derived from donated human bone and provides effective clinical outcomes for patients. The allograft tissue can be used to fill extraction sites, peri-implant defects, bony deflects and cysts, for ridge augmentation and reconstruction, and to elevate the maxillary sinus floor.

Synthes allograft tissue forms are processed by the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF), whose standards are set by a Medical Board of Trustees composed of more than 40 surgeons from academic institutions. Since MTF’s inception, the foundation has maintained an exemplary safety record—distributing almost 4.2 million allografts from nearly 80,000 donors.
